Register and fill out the assessments
Copy and paste bio data from your resume or import your LinkedIn Profile. Set aside an hour or so for the assessments – standard verbal and numerical evaluations, plus questionnaires about how you work and what kind of organizational setting you prefer. You don’t have to complete them all at once, and you can take practice assessments to get the hang of how they work.

Check out your FREE Personal Profile
The instant you complete your assessments, you can download your Free Personal Profile. This gives psychometric feedback on your career strengths, your ideal work environment and your verbal and numerical reasoning. You’ll see what you do well, learn how to identify the right work setting, and get a scientific basis for thinking about your fit with specific jobs and careers. You have total control over who sees your Personal Profile – and who can find out you are using Matchpoint Careers – so your privacy is protected to the max.

Get automatically shortlisted for great jobs
Once your Personal Profile is in our system, we start matching it against open jobs. When we find a job that draws on your specific talents and fits your work preferences, we tell you about it and ask if you want to join the hiring shortlist. If it doesn’t interest you, we keep your data private. If you want to proceed, we share your Profile with the hiring company so you jump straight to the shortlist for the job.
